TRANSPORTRaw-material (seafood) brought to factory in covered vehicles, iced and packed in plastic boxes. QUALITY CONTROLOur expert Quality Control department inspect material and send all rejected material back to suppliers. Selected raw-material is allowed in the factory and is immediately washed and chilled. SORTINGChilled raw product is then assessed and sorted according to their sizes. FREEZINGThoroughly checked and measured raw material in trays reaches the blast freezer at -40°C, and in 8-9 hours it is frozen squares. PACKAGING: FINAL PRODUCTThe frozen blocks after the blast freezer are placed in standard cartons(10 to 20kg). The prepared and packed cartons are stored in cold storage which is set at -18°C to ship to our buyers.
